For five years, From Art to Zebras has been helping Triad parents and their children celebrate special events with fun, craft-packed theme parties. Does your daughter adore princesses? Is your son obsessed with pirates? Whatever their hearts’ desire, odds are the company has a party pack to suit your needs. If not, they can create one.
What started for owner Michelle Lyman as a way to unleash her creative juices has morphed into a full-fledged family business. Her husband, Jimmy, is involved and her two children think of the shop as their home away from home.

“It sparks creativity,” Lyman explains. “Kids don’t get that as much in school now, and even kids that are more math- and science-based really need to be creative. I like creating that.” And create she certainly does. Parties can be held at the High Point location or, if parents prefer, Lyman will create a box with all you need — art supplies, games, costumes, and instructions — to throw an A-plus party anyplace.
